I'M HERE FOR THE WEEKEND. ARE YOU ABLE TO BABYSIT MY DOG?
For Health & Safety reasons I must first conduct a Meet & Greet before I can care for your pet.
WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
My business hours are everyday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
I'm always available to connect with you via email. You will also have my personal cell phone number for further communication.
Since this is the case, I kindly ask that you respect my business hours & only email me after 8:00PM.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE DOING BEST?
I am a Full, Complete Pet Care Service. I absolutely love all animals & everything about them. Training them or walking them, it doesn't matter to me. The last few years has seen the emergence of multi million dollar Dog Walking companies who describe themselves as an "App" or the "Uber of Dog Walking". I am not an App or Franchise & never will be. With me, you can call, text, or email me about scheduling or other things I need to know. At the end of the day, your Fur Baby doesn't care about Apps. They just want to know they're loved & that they can trust a familiar face to take good care of them when you're at work or away on vacation. This is who I am!

WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR DOG SITTING & WALKS?
Your dog(s) will always be walked alone.
I provide ample water, fresh air and great companionship. You supply the leash, I’ll supply the poop bags!
I am happy to also care for your home by switching on lights, watering plants, and bringing in the mail. I will also update you with images of your dog.
*I do not currently offer boarding at my headquarters. I offer sitting in my clients’ homes.

IS MY PRIVACY SECURE?
I offer a confidentiality agreement if requested.
I also safeguard all the information I obtain from you. I am committed to protecting your privacy. I use the information, keys and codes only for the purpose of dog visits and to process payments. All of your information will be stored in a confidential manner.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY DOG DURING THEIR STAY OR WALK?
If you’d like to receive updates during my visit, I’d be happy to accommodate! I’ll send along pictures and let you know how your dog is doing. This can be discussed during our meet and greet.
*I am never on my phone during dog walks (so that my full attention is on the dog I am caring for).
MY DOG HAS A SPECIAL DIET / MEDICATIONS. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?
I require a meet and greet prior to first service so I can get to know your dog and understand their needs. I’ll need about 30 minutes to ask questions so that my care is personalized to your Fur Baby. I’d like to get a sense of your dog's personality while we cover all the formalities and agreements. This will also give you a chance to show me where you keep the leash, any special diet food...etc.
Just provide me with the necessary information such as what time of day medications should be administered, how much and how often and be sure to fill out & sign the Permission to Administer Medications form that I will send you.
HOW DO I VERIFY THAT YOU ARE
INSURED AND BONDED?
To verify my membership with Pet Sitters Associates, please request my member certificate. This has the effective dates and complete, full coverages listed on it.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGOT TO LEAVE ENOUGH FOOD OR MATERIALS FOR MY DOG?
I will run to the store & purchase your usual brand of food or necessary materials, medications, etc. You will be given a copy of the receipt, be invoiced for the purchases & charged a $30 transportation fee.
WHAT KIND OF WEATHER DO YOU WALK IN?
With the exceptions of lightning or torrential downpour, I walk in all types of weather. On hotter days I am extremely careful to prevent overheating & I always stay in the shade as much as possible. On rainy days I also walk, but I request that the Dog Owner leaves me a doggie towel to dry their dog's paws. If the weather becomes extreme or dangerous during our walk I will cut the walk short & play inside instead. I always stay for the complete visit. I will NEVER leave your dog if weather becomes severe and I will always make sure they are 100% safe at all times. I consider the Dogs I work with my Family.
WHEN DO I PAY YOU?
Payment is expected at the time of booking or day of service.
For weekly bookings, payment is expected on the last day of service for that week. If payment is not received on the final day of service, you may be invoiced a late fee.
​For monthly clients, payment is expected on the first day of service for that month.
I accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal (2.9% processing fee) & Cash.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR THE FIRST MEET-UP?
This FREE consultation shouldn't take more than 30-45 minutes. Before the Meet & Greet, please fill out the DOG PROFILE FORM & CLIENT INFORMATION FORM that I will send you electronically.
At the First Meet-Up, please also have a spare key or lock box code available to give to me. The rest of the time will be for us get to know each other, your Dog(s) and to discuss any other important details.
